maintenance and more. Here is a rundown of the maintenance agreements and what
you get with each of them.
Good: $249 buys you two visits a year, a one-year
warranty on HVAC repairs and a reminder service.
Better: $285 and
a $24/month fee gets you $10 off the current rate for diagnostics and an
appointment within 24 hours after you call for one. You also get all of the
same benefits of the Good maintenance agreement.
Best: $375 plus a
$32/month fee buys you same-day service appointments, pre-season scheduling, an
option for monthly payments, a $25/year purchase accrual, two-year inflation
protection and a lot more. And you still get the same great perks of the Better
maintenance agreement.
Fantastic: $549
plus a $46/month fee means you get a ton of perks like a three-year repair
warranty, a purchase accrual of $50 a year, $20 off the current diagnostic
rate, cleaning services (such as blower wheel cleaning) and plenty more. And,
of course, you still get all of the same advantages of the Best maintenance
agreement.
